JUST SOLD! Brought the Buyer
When past clients introduced me to a friend who was ready to purchase a new home (my FAVORITE way to do business!) I got right to work.
After an initial phone call and detailed Buyer Consultation where we reviewed the sales contract, market conditions, and purchase strategy in detail - we set out searching for the the perfect home.
When we found the right home and it was time to submit an offer, we crafted an offer that was not just competitive but compelling, tailored to catch the seller’s attention. This is also where my superpower really shines: my ability to connect. Building genuine rapport with the listing agent often helps position my clients as the ones the seller trusts to close the deal smoothly.
Knowing that this home was Coming Soon, we ran comps and determined an offer strategy in advance. We were the very first appointment on the first day on the market and the Seller's had an offer in their inbox before noon.
Success was achieved once again with Price, Terms, and a Timeline that the Sellers dreamed of and that secured the home for my Buyer.
